Who wouldn’t want to finish their work early and head out of the office on time? It’s a good thing, but it doesn’t mean that you should sit and work for hours straight and not let yourself have a break. It’s not wasting your time–it can help you be productive. Working for hours at a stretch can reduce your creativity and make you mentally lethargic. That’s why you should get up, stretch, and walk for just a few minutes from time to time.
#4. Be hygienic and keep your workstation clean.
Being hygienic can take a long way in keeping your body healthy. Have a bottle of hand sanitizer or alcohol at your desk, a box of tissue, and wet wipes. It’s also imperative to keep your workplace clean and organized. Make sure to tidy up even five minutes before leaving the office to work in a neat area the next morning.
