How do I create a Best in Class Maids account?
When you book service an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively, you can create and log into your account here.
What's included in a standard cleaning?
At Best in Class Maids, we don’t do “light” or “superficial” cleaning. Every cleaning is a deep cleaning: including baseboards, doors, window railings, outside of cabinets and appliances, vents, ceiling fans, dusting, and those pesky hard water stains on your shower door!
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?
Absolutely. Our cleaning teams come completely prepared to make your house shine! They will bring the following:
• Vacuum cleaner (if you don’t have one)
• Mop and bucket
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaner
• Window and glass cleaner
• Furniture spray
• Oven cleaner
• Non abrasive spray
• Non abrasive cleaner
• Sponge cleaners
• Cloths for windows, ﬂoors, furniture
• Steel scourers
• Products against lime scale and mold
Can I request special task or extras?
Sure thing. Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.
How do I schedule a cleaning?
All you have to do is fill out our secure booking form, selecting the time and date that you want us to clean your home. It’s as simple as that and will only take you 60 seconds. Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email instantly.
What if I don't want to book online?
That’s ok if you don’t want to book online – we have a dedicated Customer Service Team here at Best in Class Maids so just give us a call at 469-227-0144 or send us an email at email@example.com.
Do I need to enter my credit card information to schedule a cleaning?
Yes. We need to take payment information to book your appointment, but your card will not be charged until after your cleaning has been successfully completed.
How do I amend or cancel my booking?
It is simple to amend or cancel your booking, you can either login to your account or please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of your request. Please give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking otherwise there is a $50 cancellation fee.
How long will it take to clean my home?
Service time may vary. The first time takes longer as we learn what works best for your home and where everything is located. Each subsequent time is faster.
Also, it depends on the condition of your home. Some people keep operating-room conditions at the home and just require a touch-up or additional services. Others have three teenagers, a dog, and two jobs. We don’t judge you when we find an old slice of pizza stuck behind the dresser. We’re here to help. But it may take us a little longer to bring your home into the tip-top shape. Generally, it will take between three to four hours for a smaller home cleaning service and four to six hours for a larger home cleaning service.
How many maids do you send?
In general, we use the solo cleaning model, meaning for most homes 1 cleaner is assigned to your home. If your home is larger than 4000 sq feet, we will automatically send 2 cleaners. If you schedule a deep clean of 4 bedrooms or more, we will automatically send 2 cleaners. Your cleaning can be as short as 3 hours and as long as 8 hours depending on the condition and size of your home. We reserve the right to add additional cleaners if scheduling allows for this. Please understand that our cleaners are professionals and are trained on being highly efficient so don’t be surprised if we knock out a 3000 sq ft home in 5 hours and only having 1 cleaner, that’s is what we do!
The booking form shows the allocated time estimate. We normally will send a team for more than 6 labor hours. For example, 6 hours of cleaning will be done by a team of 2 cleaners in 3 hours. For recurring bookings, the duration time may be less depending on the condition of the home.
Will I always get the same crew?
We try our best but we can’t guarantee it.
Assigning team members to house cleaning appointments is a complicated dance as we have a large team servicing many clients (new and recurring), all spread out across Dallas. Each maid has specific attributes and owns “superpowers” for different types of house cleaning and different types of homes. Each client also has a busy life with family events, health issues, or vacations influencing their availability.
Our main goal is to make you happy. And we do realize the best way to do it is to send you the team that had already succeeded in that. It’s also the easiest thing for the company and the preferred option for the maids themselves. However, sometimes it’s nearly impossible to do because of the above-mentioned factors.
It is possible to always have your favorite team if you:
- are very flexible in your cleaning times,
- inform us how important it is for you to have your team,
- treat your team with kindness and respect.
We have several clients enjoying this happy arrangement. Even without any special arrangements, most clients get their regular team 80% of the time. For the other 20%, all of our maids are fantastic. You may discover – as many of our clients do – you love the new house cleaning team even more than your prior team! Also, we back our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you tried another team and didn’t like it, we will address any issues and/ or issue a refund.
Can I schedule a same day or last minute booking?
Of course! We are really proud of the fact that we can book you in for a clean on the same day (our record was being able to find a cleaner for a job on a Friday evening in just 45 minutes!). Just give us a call on 460-227-0144 and we will book you in for that short notice clean at a time that suits you.
Do we have to be home for a cleaning?
No. Just leave a key for us and let us know how to access your place. We will clean and lock the door after ourselves.
Do you do laundry?
Yes – We wash, dry, and fold or hang up laundry.
Do you offer partial cleanings?
Yes – We offer cleaning by the hour with a 4-hour minimum.
What separates Best in Class Maids from the competition?
At Best in Class Maids, we don’t do “light” or “superficial” cleaning. We don’t cut corners, we clean them.
Once you book us online, here’s what will happen:
- You will receive communications by e-mail and text, detailing your booking.
- At the designated time, your cleaner(s) will show up at your doorstep.
- Our crew does our magic for 3 to 6 hours, scrubbing, polishing, wiping, smiling…
- Ta-da! Your home looks, smells, and feels AMAZING. You’ll notice that you love your family a little bit more!
PRICING & POLICIES
Can I apply a gift card to an existing appointment?
Absolutely. Simply enter your gift card code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.
TRUST & SAFETY
Can I trust my professional?
All Best in Class Maids are truly best in class. All cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply are hired by Best in Class Maids.
What happens if something goes wrong during my cleaning?
If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!
Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?
Yes. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
We guarantee that you will be delighted by the results of your clean. If for some reason you are not just let us know within 48 hours and we promise to send a cleaner back to put it right for free. It’s as simple as that. We don’t pay our cleaners until after this time period, so there is no risk when you book with Best in Class Maids.
What is your refund policy?
If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7 day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund.
Do you have insurance?
Oh yes! Our comprehensive insurance coverage delivers total peace of mind. We have made sure that trusting us with your home is as risk free as possible. Accidents do occasionally happen but if they do we will ensure that everything is resolved as quickly as possible.
How do I book my first appointment?
Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.
How do I change my address?
You can log into your account here and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively, give us a call and we will update your address for you.
How do I change my credit card?
Log into your account at https://bestinclassmaids.launch27.com/login/ and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.
